Job Description :

As a Senior Associate within our Political Field Team at TOPOP, you will play a crucial role in supporting political initiatives and operations. You will be responsible for project management, informed decision-making, mentoring junior staff, and fostering collaboration in the political arena.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze political landscapes, propose strategies, and develop policies to achieve goals.
  • Monitor legislative activities, propose advocacy initiatives, and collaborate with lawmakers.
  • Conduct in-depth research on political trends, analyze data, and inform strategies.
  • Build and maintain political relationships, craft and communicate messages to the public.
  • Address political challenges, propose solutions, and assist in resolving complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Organize and manage political events and campaigns, coordinating with candidates and teams.
  • Experience : 4+ Years
  • No of Vacancies : 03
  • Working Hours : 08 AM To 06 PM
  • Working Days : Monday To Friday
  • Salary : 28K - 45K
