Job Description :

As the Social Media Coordinator at Top-Op Research Institute, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our mission and engaging our audience across social media platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing our social media channels, and fostering meaningful interactions that contribute to our goal of promoting democracy and informed civic participation.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the institute's mission and objectives.
Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and polls, that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Manage and maintain our presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends, topics, and conversations related to democracy, elections, and public opinion, and identify opportunities for engagement.
Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations around our research and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including researchers and marketing, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
Analyze social media performance data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on social media best practices, trends, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
Support the development and execution of social media campaigns and initiatives, including live events, webinars, and report launches.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and informative content.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, including scheduling, analytics, and monitoring.
Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Passion for democracy, civic engagement, and public affairs.
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
